Unexpectedly GREAT stay!

The room was CLEAN and spacious. The breakfast selection was REALLY good. I especially enjoyed the pastries. The hotel's proximity to the metro station made getting around quite easy, it was a HUGE help.
The air conditioning was a little slow to cool the room initially.

The breakfast was good with a nice variety of options, including fruit and pastries.
The air conditioning barely worked. The room only cooled down in the morning. The bedsheets felt inappropriate for warm weather, very uncomfortable. the staff were not friendly. The check-out receptionist was rude when we asked to store our luggage.
